• For Vendors: Vendors agree to resolve any disputes with customers fairly and in compliance with applicable laws. In case of unresolved disputes, familywala.com may mediate or take appropriate action, including account suspension.

12. Limitation of Liability

Familywala.com is not responsible for:

• Any damages, losses, or disputes arising from transactions between customers and vendors.
• Delays, defects, or inaccuracies in products or services provided by vendors.
• Any third-party content or services accessed through the platform.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification
